M Grade Density

Raw expanded polystyrene is available in standard sizes and thicknesses as sheets.

Standard thicknesses of M grade polystyrene sheets available are:

• 10mm x 2500 x 1200
• 20mm x 2500 x 1200
• 25mm x 2500 x 1200
• 35mm x 2500 x 1200
• 40mm x 2500 x 1200
• 45mm x 2500 x 1200
• 50mm x 2500 x 1200
• 75mm x 2500 x 1200
• 100mm x 2500 x 1200

R-Ratings for M-Grade polystyrene sheets:

• 50mm sheet is R1.2
• 75mm sheet is R1.8
• 100mm is R2.4

M grade polystyrene is suitable for:

• Logos
• Renovating
• Extensions
• Theatre props
• Photography reflective boards

H Grade Density

H grade density is available to order.

Pre-coated Polystyrene sheets

Pre-coated M grade polystyrene is available in standard sizes and thicknesses as sheets ready for your installation.

The sheet has 1 x coat acrylic base coat with the mesh embedded in the render across the whole sheet.

Standard thicknesses of Pre-coated M grade polystyrene sheets available are:

• 50mm x 2500 x 1200
• 75mm x 2500 x 1200
• 10mm x 2500 x 1200

Advantage of having the Pre-coated polystyrene sheets:

• You do not have to render them immediately
• They will not get damaged by the UV rays and elements
