ALWP™ (Australian Lightweight Products) are specialists in the supply, distribution and fitting of lightweight wall cladding products, exterior lightweight mouldings and rendering services.

We work with Architects, Builders and Specifiers and owner-builders from major residential and commercial design and building projects to individual homes.

We service the Greater Melbourne area and Victoria.

ALWP™ is fully insured with both public liability and work cover insurances.

ALWP™ are members of the Master Builders Association and HIA (Housing Industry Association).

The ALWP™ warehouse and showroom located in Moorabbin stock a wide range of products. We offer competitive prices and can supply only, or you can use our supply and installation service.

Our Story

ALWP™ was set up in Moorabbin in July 2003.  Since then, demand for exterior moulding and cladding products has increased, render technology has improved and ALWP™ has grown to become a specialist in its field.

The Management Team

Jacques Van Niekerk

After studying architecture in South Africa and then running his own successful business, ALWP™ founder and Managing Director Jacques Van Niekerk moved to Australia and set up the company in Moorabbin in July 2003.

Jacques combines his knowledge and understanding of the technical and design elements of the building process from his architectural background with 20 years of building industry experience.

He brings a practical hands-on approach to projects, helping professionals by providing service and quality workmanship to complete building and construction projects.

Scott Hill

Scott has extensive knowledge and understanding of the building industry , as the site manager on the projects, Scott brings a hands – on approach to all his jobs.
